How much do our sessions cost?
When we're talking about common pathologies (twisted ankle, iliotibial syndrome, ...) and you have a doctors prescription, your first 9 sessions will cost 26€ each, with a normal reimbursement covering 19,75€ per session. 9 sessions cost 240,50€ (opening case file costs included) but the final cost is 56,25€ after insurance reimbursement. The following 9 sessions are slightly less expensive, at 22,26€ per session, coming to a final cost of 200,34€ and 56,25€ before and after reimbursement respectively.
If it's a case of a "heavy pathology", classified by the INAMI as "Fa" (frozen shoulder, hip replacement, ...) you'll receive a better reimbursement and for up to 60 sessions. The first 20 will cost 25€ each and you'll receive 19,50€ of reimbursement. A bloc of 9 sessions cost 225€, but the final price is 49,50€ after reimbursement. If necessary, the 20th to the 60th session cost 22,26€ per session for which you receive 16,76€ back. A bloc of 9 sessions cost 200,34€ but the final price is 49,50€ after reimbursement.

How do I pay?
The easiest for our therapists is via bank transfer. When necessary, your therapist will give you his professional card with his bank details on it. If he forgot to do so, or you've lost it, you can find their numbers here:

If you desire to pay in another way (Cash, Bancontact App, ...) please discuss this option with your physio during your sessions.
Payment frequencies?
It's up to you to decide how regularly you want to pay your sessions with your physio. The easiest may be after 9 sessions, or only 5, if you want to pay less money at one time. Once paid, your physio will give you an attestation that you can return to your insurance to be reimbursed.
